How to Use

Remove the cap from the tip of the pen and turn the dial on the handle clockwise to let the oil seep into the brush. When using for the first time, turn it several times until the oil seeps into the tip of the brush. Apply the oil to your nails and cuticles and rub it into your fingertips.
